He has held numerous positions of ethical leadership within the FBI. He was the Bureau’s national spokesperson addressing the national and international media on all the matters involving the FBI.

He further served as the chief of staff to the Assistant Director, a squad supervisor overseeing agent investigations, was the on-scene supervisor during the execution of searches and arrests, was the on-scene commander during deployments of an FBI SWAT team, and served as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of an FBI field office.

Through examining everyday leadership situations, John presents lessons learned to motivate the best performance in others.
